Pendle Seniors Group

We are a group of ordinary older people who have the interest of older people in Pendle at heart.

We were established in 2004, primarily as the result of Pendle's Older People Strategy and then supported by funding from Lancashire County Council. Age Concern was tasked with the setting up of our Forum and with establishing forums in all the districts within Lancashire.

We are a voice for the older people of Pendle. Tell us your problems, needs and aspirations and we will take them to the people who can get something done.

We value our independence and are not beholden to any other group, political body, council or statutory authority.

We seek your views on all matters concerning older people and will strive to see that the best services and facilities are provided for older people.

We are represented on influential bodies that provide the services vital for the health and wellbeing of older people.
